Andreas Priestland
Andreas has over 20 years of international experience in the fields of
leadership, learning and change. He designs and implements world-class
leadership development programmes, works with organisations to create a
learning culture, and coaches and facilitates senior leadership teams in
support of corporate-wide strategy development. The major part of his career
was in BP International.
Annette Gillingham
Annette specialises in designing and implementing global executive development
programmes that have a close fit with the strategy and challenges of the
organisation. Annette has extensive experience using a wide range of
innovative learning resources and methods including e-learning, projects that
address real and current business issues, and community projects. Annette also
has experience in succession and development planning and performance
management/appraisal systems, including the use of competence frameworks and a
wide range of diagnostics.
Ian Diamond
Ian specialises in management development within the corporate and
professional services sectors helping to strengthen essential consulting
skills such as strategy development, managing projects, managing people,
facilitation and structured communications. Typically he works with
professional services firms including management consultants, communications
consultants and investment bankers, as well as strategy departments in blue
chip organisations. He also teaches students on a number of MBA programmes in
Europe. He has been a management consultant for over ten years and previously
worked with Shell.
Jim Lockwood
Jim is a retired ExxonMobil Chemical executive with more than 30 years
experience in the petrochemical industry. The majority of his career was spent
working outside the U.K. in a variety of international sales, marketing and
technology management positions. His last role was as Commercial Director for
a new ExxonMobil joint venture in Holland.
