Our experience lies in designing and delivering executive education programmes. We work flexibly in response to the needs of our clients. For example:

• Client acts as programme director: We contribute as part of the team in the required skill areas and provide consultancy support as needed.
• Better Strategy acts as programme director: We assemble and lead a multi disciplinary team to deliver an integrated learning experience.
  
• Third-party acts as programme director (eg a Business School or training partner): We integrate within the wider team to provide an effective learning programme.

Project-Based Learning

Project-based learning, using strategic projects of relevance to your organisation, can be one of the best ways to:
