Confused by simulations?

Thinking of a simulation for your leadership development programme?

Not sure what type of computer simulation to use?

We can help you

There are three main genres of computer simulation:

  1. Decision round - one of the most common types; fairly basic and low cost
  2. Goal based - the new generation of simulation technology
  3. Systems models - for systems thinking

Choosing the genre - and the specific simulation within it - is essential for an effective learning programme. However, simulation developers generally focus on only one genre, in part, because the underlying technology for each is very different. This leaves YOU having to evaluate different simulations, technologies and total costs.

We can help you with this task. We have experience of using a variety of simulations - across the genres - in learning programmes and in the past we have co-developed advanced computer simulations and their associated materials.
