| Vicky Rhodes BA MSc,
Director Vicky has over 12 years of experience consulting of strategy, policy and economics, and for the past six years she has been teaching strategy and logical thinking and writing skills in Europe, the USA, India, South Africa and China. She regularly teaches at London Business School's Centre for Management Development and designs and delivers programmes for Better Strategy's large corporate clients, professional services and the public sector. After a spell in politics then public affairs, public relations and corporate communications at the Waterfront Partnership, Vicky spent three years at the advisory firm Coopers & Lybrand (later to become PricewaterhouseCoopers and now a management consulting division of IBM). She undertook consulting assignments in both the public and private sectors, such as financial services, education and aviation. In mid 2000, Vicky joined Imparta Ltd to develop client relationships through the design and delivery of effective learning programmes using Strategy CoPilot, advanced e-Learning, traditional classroom instruction, and one-to-one coaching. At the end of 2002, Vicky co-founded Better Strategy Ltd to better serve the executive education market with learning programmes that develop strategic thinking skills while continuing to use Strategy CoPilot and other simulations where appropriate. Over the years, Vicky has acquired extensive experience developing the strategy skills of senior executives and professionals using traditional classroom instruction, Strategy CoPilot, its sister product Marketing CoPilot, and coaching project teams and individuals. She is also an accredited practitioner of the LifO behavioural preference profiling method. |
