We work closely with our clients to design and deliver customised learning
programmes and courses for:
- senior and high potential middle management in, mainly, large 'blue chip'
organisations
- client-facing executives in professional services, such as in management
consultancies, marketing and communications agencies, and ICT solution
providers
We tailor all our programmes - from one-day workshops to 12 month multi-module
residential programmes - to the needs and abilities of our clients and we draw
on our extensive experience and materials to contain development costs.
We specialise in bringing 'dry subjects' to life, integrating the development
of skills and behaviours, and supporting learning through psychometric
assessment and coaching.
Organisational Development
We help our clients to develop their organisational capability and culture to
improve their effectiveness, respond to change, and grow.
Working alongside our clients we devise interventions that will bring about the
necessary engagement, learning and change for development of the social capital
in our client.
