strategy and change leadership skills of senior leaders, board-level strategy
consulting, and business leadership. Currently an Executive Fellow at Henley
Business School, visiting tutor at London Business School's Centre for
Management Development, and member of the advisory board at University of Bath
School of Management. Formerly board member of Arthur D. Little's Global
Strategy Practice and head of the firm's UK Strategy Practice and of strategy
training globally; director of executive education at Imparta Ltd; senior
strategic planner and R&D engineer at British Aerospace; and research
scientist with the Ministry of Defence

Andreas Priestland: Over 25 years of international experience in the
fields of leadership, learning and change, designing and implementing
leadership development programmes and coaching leadership teams as they seek to
implement change, such as post-merger integration, culture change, downsizing
and company-wide initiatives. Currently a visiting tutor at Henley Business
School. A major part of his career has been with BP International specialising
in organisational development and learning

Vanessa Sadler: Over 20 years experience, of which 15 has been spent
living and working outside the UK, as a CTI trained coach and trainer

consultant for the LEK Partnership and then Schipol Airport, a business
development manager for AT&T, and a chemical engineer working for Shell
